Problem with Final Cut- Anyone can help me

Hi everybody

The proble that im having is that after complete a project and after exported it i found that the resolution was not what i want so i went to "sequence" and i realize that my mistake was not setting what it should, so then i tried to change but it dont let me change it because a messsage appears saying that i should doone it before. And all the changes that appears is that the image is no more a 16:4 and is now square and i ant change it.

Anyone can help me because what i dont want to do is to start a new project again and to make it all again.

Depending on how complex the sequence is, you can create a new one with correct settings and copy/paste the footage from the original one. Then you may have to adjust the clips to fit but that can be done in one shot by doing one clip and then pasting the properties to the rest of them.

Hi again.

Now i have another sequence and in that sequence i took a clip and i set the right setting but i dont now how you past the properties to the rest of them??????

Highlight the clip. Press command + C and then highlight ALL clips (command+a) and press OPTION+V. Then check Basic Motion and hit ok.

Thanks a lot. I did what you explaines and everything ok till option +v where i cant chec the basic mothion, Why??? Im going crazy!!!!

Now that I think about it, you may have to select only the video tracks, without the audio. See if that works.

No way to paste the motion settings. I think i´ll will have to change clip by clip. What a pitty.
