Problem with cleaning heads

i put in my heads cleaner for my 1ccd camera, to capture with, an it says "The tape is ser for erasure prevention" wuts gonig on?

ok so i no y, its a little swith i gutta push over, but the problem s, that the white little switch isnt there? has it fallen down?

You are suppose to PLAY the head cleaner tape FOR 10 SECONDS....NOT RECORD ON IT....I hope you didn't do that.

Put the camera in VCR mode. Insert cleaning tape and press play IMMEDIATELY. After 5 seconds, eject the tape. DON'T LEAVE the cleaning tape in tha camera not even for few seconds, they are really nasty.
