FS7: Problem when recording Raw to 7Q

Got the Camera & extension unit and 7Q a few days ago.
Happily playing with it until I turn into Cine mode today.
When I replay the raw clip on 7Q, the clip looks totally fine however when I open the DNG picture on my computer the picture has a lot of blue or magenta and unusable
Any one experience with this before ?

I know that our Support techs helped some clients with this same problem. Please contact cdsupport@convergent-design.com and they will help you get this sorted.

We are having this same problem. We spoke with the support staff over at convergent, and they are apparently working on the problem. As of now, there does not appear to be a solution.

Hi Mitch,

I talked with Keaton today and he told me that this is something still pending a fix from CD happen when we record Raw from Fs7.

Do you know or have the estimated time (may not be precise but just your estimation base on your experience) when this error could be resolved ?

Hi Mitch,

I got the same confirmation on this issue from other users having 7Q and extension unit.

While waiting for a fix from CD, do you think CD could develop a LUT for 7Q user to apply in post to bring back this magenta file to normal ?

Really appreciate support from CD on this one as for user like me who do not plan to invest on Sony Media and totally rely on CD's SSD.
