HELP ME! I'm doing everything right (I think) and can't get the footage stored on a P2 card to transfer from my HVX200p camera via firewire cable into Final Cut Pro X. The camera monitor says the firewire cable is connected to my iMac and FCP X displays the individual clips when I click the import from camera link in FCP. Once I select a scene to import, the hour glass image displays on the clip but moves at a snails pace or causes the camera and FCP to freeze. Its a new iMac with 16 GB of ram... WHats wrong? I took the camera to the apple store in town and tried to get them to download the footage and the same thing happened on their machine... I can play the footage back on the camera via the MCR/VCR mode function and the footage will play in FCP if I try to play it from the camera without transferring it, although it does skip some individual frames and often gives me an error saying scenes where dropped or something. I also just got a new error on my camera display saying "system Error P2 Card Micon Error". Please email me at miltonboyd@hotmail or call me 415-716-6633 with any advice on how to resolve??? Thanks
