Hello, does anyone have a solution to the problem of static electricity breaking the communication from a camera to a Firestore? (FS-100)
When using the power supply (instead of just the battery), if a person walks along the carpet (generating static electricity) then touches the firestore, it immediately loses its communication to the camera. Has anyone else experienced this?
