Problem Sony hdr-pg10 (urgent...)

Hello ;)

I have a sony hdr-pj10 but since now, I only shot small family events. Now, I need to shot a documentary with external mic direct sound recording.

But my problem is with the image. I noticed that when I export the footage to the premier, the image has A LOT of aliasing... I tried to change the export mode but it still stays the same... I don't know how to solve the problem. I'm really getting worried because the documentary is for the University...

Please, help me, and sorry for my english, If you have any doubt please ask me.
 
Omg, only Spilbergs in this forum. A small doubt that I think everyone know the answer and not one single response.
Can't you spend a single minute to help one guy that is worried with a university assignment??!
Shame. 2 weeks for god sake.
