just built a system wth cs4 and i have a black majic intensity pro capture card with hdmi. when i play ex1r footage off the timeline, i seen nothing on the monitor ? is there a setting in cs4 i need to set up? what needs to be done.

no still using edius, a friend of mine built a new system. hes going with edius. but didnt buy the spark card yet. he installed this blackmajic hdmi card and i was wondering why he couldnt see on his external hd monitor, he had premiere brought up. i figured the card he had was for another software.
not sure on nab. trying to work it out
