Problem Exporting/Downconverting after FCP for internet/html-players

Hi guys.

So my question is about exporting final cut pro .mov video to more simple and low-res format like .mp4 and .flv for my blog.

Usually with my old SD camera I've just convert it (720x576) using Handbrake software to something like 640x464 for quick streaming purposes (since HD is never that big of a deal for my blog visitors).

Now, with new GH2, I'm little puzzled since Handbrake didn't recognize final FCP .mov source file for some reason. So right now I'm trying to use exporting inside QuickTime Player and MPEG Streamclip, but with MPEG Streamclip I'm always have some issues with downconverting dimensions (I set it from 1280x720 to 720x480 16:9 preset and it's always streeeached inapropriately - also I can't set random dimentions with MPEG Streamclip, only "existing" few options that are available).

Could someone help me how to make it right without additional pain in the ass?

I will be absolutely happy with let's say 640x? dimensions .mp4 or .flv format

I need this for simple opt-in pages, so no need in hi-res HD for this case (small size and quick load is a top priority)

THANX IN ADVANCE!

Try using other encoders, like staxrip, if they dont work then theres something wrong with your source file, in which case you could always export as a quicktime animation .mov, in which cases it should work with any encoder. I personally wouldnt expect an apple product to work in any reliable manner for video work.
