Yesterday after a shoot, I went to capture my video onto one of my Premiere 1.5 machines. After trying 2 other desktops and different firewire cables, I decided to go and borrow my friends, DVX-100 and the computer recognized it right away. Has anybody had this problem? I go to the capture screen (F5) and it tells me device offline, like if my camera was off.
All other functions of the camera are working properly. Please help, i wanted to know if anybody knew a setting that could be causing this before I send it to be repaired.
