ProAm - Has anyone bought from these guys?

I'm Looking for a camera crane and stumbled upon these folks and thought I'd ask you all if you have heard or experienced anything good or bad you can report?

Bought a DVC250 with a stand from them (5 years ago, so this may all be out of date). I can't say it's seen heavy use, but when we need it, it's worked well for us. Set-up and teardown is quick and easy, it's not crazy heavy, and came with a case. It takes some practice to get a smooth tilt, but it's completely doable. The monitor that came with it was not particularly good, if I remember correctly. Keep a set of velcro straps on the arms at all times, just to keep the monitor cables from getting out of hand.

I've got one of the jib's they sell, it's heavy and not exactly easy to pack-up each time, it's a shame it uses it's own Tripod sometimes, when you want to run around light it definitely hinders that. It's fairly smooth, has a bit of play in it and uses a lot of bolts in the set up process, if I where to purchase again, I would think otherwise, Kessler most likely.
