The arrangement seems pretty informal between the sponser and the contest, so Jarred will more than likely give you their contact info and you can arrange it amongst yourselves.
But you have to take initiative. I've only had one sponsor (Glideshot) contact me after a fest.

Jack invited me to go with him to pick it up, but if I went, I feared he would have a very, very unfortunate accident involving a bus. I'm fairly confident the HVX would have survived though...

I get mine on Saturday.....but I had to sell everything to get it! haha!
im contemplating, ...... sigh...... selling my DVX, and putting an HVX on a lease to own program. Sigh........ I dont want to get rid of my DVX. I love it too much. Sigh.....
