"Priority Service" doesn't answer phone

[DerrickTempleton]

Priority Service - Panasonic Broadcast DV Product 1-800-524-1448 has a friendly machine greeting me every morning before I go to work "our hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm eastern standard time."

I was under the impression that 7am New Mexico Mountain Time is 9am Eastern. Well perhaps by 8am mountain time they'd be open. Nope. 8:30? Nope.

I'm now faced with the option of being late to work in order to get my camera off to an authorized repair center. Does anyone know what this #s real hours are?

Hi,

Why not go here: http://www.pasc.panasonic.com/WhereTo/FindServicer.asp?Pass=1

Put in your zip and the model number and it will bring up the servicers near you. Then you can call them directly.

Best,

Jan
