Price is here! (F55 and F5)

That is about what I figured. A decent prise for the recorder also. They had to make room for the F3 so F5 at 17K Euro was predictable.
 
As I recall from when the Sony F3 was released, Sony had a list price of $16,000 for the PMW-F3L, and an actual vendor price of $13,300. That's only 83% of the list price.

Now - current F3L pricing is $13,960 in the USA, and 12,880 EURO in France. The European price is $16,410 in current exchange.

So, my guesses:

$30,300 US List
$25,100 US Street

Sony PMW-F5
$18,400 US List
$15,300 US Street

RAW Recorder
$5,200 US List
$4,350 US Street

Good way to complete with Canon... $20k for the F5 adding the recorder and for $25k you can record to the card internally for 4k on the F55 (plus global shutter) (no need for the recorder unless you want Raw) where the Canon is going to be about $29 with an Aja Quad...

I hope you're right. If that is the case, my F3 & BT Red One package (which should be on the way soon) will be a nice trade off (and then some) for the F5 & recorder.

Count me in!
