The accessories are either not needed, overvalued or both. The lens cleaning kit might be worth $5 at the most, the filter case (unless it's made from platinum) about the same and the batteries can be bought for around $50 each from an aftermarket supplier. The Hoya filter might be worth $20 used (and I'm being generous) and anyone who pays $75 for a Cokin ND filter needs to seek professional help.

The main differences between the 100a and 100b are the 100b has less noisy chips in low light and will show a 16:9 unsqueezed image in the viewfinder, where the 100a will show a squeezed image unless you have one of the nifty (and expensive) Century widescreen eyepieces. I have a 100a and the Century eyepiece and it's very cool.

The one advantage the 100a has over the 100b is the 100a will shoot time-lapse, where the 100b will not. If you need time-lapse, get a 100a. If you don't, and want to shoot 16:9 either in squeeze mode or with the LA7200 anamorphic adapter, get the 100b.

I believe B&H is selling the 100b cameras for around $2,250, so I'd probably go for the new 100b with a 1 year warranty than a used, clean 100a without a warranty.

or look here in the markettplace...100b's are selling all over...with all kinda accesories that u actually use from people who take care of their stuff. $30 for a lens cleaning kit...thats crazy... for a cloth and brush?! i'm in Jamaica and a lens cleaning kit( cloth, brush, blower, tissues and cleaning solution) is like $500-600 which works out to US $6-7. And our economy sucks much worse than US :(
