Hey
Been a while since I've posted on here as I have been busy with work, and would like to show you a skateboarding project that I started working on in October, but didn't get round to finishing it until now.
The concept is inspired by the popular skateboarding videogame, 'EA Skate', which revolutionised how to control the skateboarder in a videogame, by using the 'flickit' system which involved flicking the sticks in directions and movements similar to skateboarding in real life.
The videogame became a success quickly among skateboarders, and so I came up with this concept of shooting skateboarding tricks from a similar angle to the in game camera, and having the controller also on the screen doing the tricks as they would be done on the game.
So many hours later, here it is!
Critique welcome, I hope you enjoy it and hope I've succeeded with doing something different and original.

Filmed with Panasonic HMC 150 mainly, and some HPX171 shots. Edited with Final Cut Pro, graphics work done with Photoshop and After Effects.
