Premiere Pro CS3 - DVCPro HD 24p Presets set at 60Hz

Since the HVX200 reclocks it's 24p shooting to 48Hz, shouldn't the preset in Premiere for 24p material be set at 48Hz?

Or is the 60Hz rate appropriate ----- assuming for the most part that people will render to an NTSC compatible format?
