Premiere pro 7.0 24p?

How do I capture 24p in Premiere pro 7.0? I don't see any options for it. Do I need to get Premiere pro 2.0?

i know with 1.0 u can capture in regualr timeline, try that!

In 7.0 or 1.0 as it's known. There is no 24p support. But you can edit your 24p footage in a 29.97 timeline. It will keep the pulldown intact and there will be some interlacing. But it won't be a problem if you're going back out to tape.

If you want to edit true 24p, and make 24p dvds, I would recommend 2.0. Or Vegas.

Premiere 1.5 has 24p support but it has a few issues and I would avoid using it.
