Premier crashes with MB Looks

So I have been beating my head against the wall for like 2 months trying to get this to work.

I have CS4 Master suite and everything works fine but if I cc with MB looks when I try to render it makes it a couple hundred frames in then freezes. And if I just try to export to Encoder it fails every time midway through the video.

Any ideas? I have already missed one contest deadline due to this and have been forced to release un color corrected videos.
 
Make sure you have an updated video card driver directly from Nvidia or ATI (depending on which chipset your card has). I had this problem with the Windows Update provided driver for my card and the problem was solved as soon as I updated the driver with the proper one.
 
Do you have Colorista also installed by chance? If so, uninstall it. Looks should work just fine after Colorista is gone. This is a known bug with Red Giant- check their site.
 
Still nothing has helped. I un-installed colorista and I uninstalled and installed the newest drivers for my card, and it still hangs when I try to render or export. Anymore ideas?
 
CS4 + MB looks + h264 doesn't work for me under Win 7, worked fine on Vista but not on Win 7. My solution is (was, changed back to Vista now...) to simply render it uncompressed avi and then to h264 (ie, the codec doesn't "read" MB looks correctly, or something...)
