Preimere pro and editing 24p

hello,
i have preimere pro 2 and cs3 and it has a 24p setting

do i shoot in 24p and edit in the 24p setting OR
do i shoot in 24pa and edit it there

is 24p better looking in a 30/60 timeline than the 24 one?
 
You can edit either 24p or 24pA as 24p in a 24p timeline. Doesn't matter which you shot; both will be identical on the timeline.
 
slomo is better when shot in 60i ,24 has a dramatic feel to it , before getting a 23.9 timeline
i just edit in pp 2 29.9 and did fine ! now i have 24 cs3 -and rtx 2 effect card awsome
hd framerates where its at for action flicks 60p!! for that slomoe and theres a lot of frame rates now , i rock my dvx 100a still my freinds still geek on the footage every time even 486p looks good in the studio monitors good tiny frames great shorts with it!!
