Pre-Ordering

For anyone in Australia Digistor are taking orders at $3,075AU inc gst which is way cheaper than it would cost to import! I've placed an order and cant wait to get my hands on it!

Did a pre-order and got an email stated:
Backordered items will not be charged until they are shipped (typically within a week, please reply or call if you need a more specific delivery) and you will receive another confirmation at that time. We apologize for the delay.

Just an FYI, Markertek will check to see if the money is in the account and pull it briefly so the money will be gone for a day or two, then you get it all back until the camera ships.
 
Full Compass is taking a $600 refundable deposit. They always sell cameras at a deep discount, but haven't gotten the wholesale price on the BMDCC yet. So they don't have the discount price set yet.

WOW - shame they are in Melbourne but Delivery looks to be only $15...I haven't transferred Digistor my deposit yet either. Anyone dealt with them before? Also with the deposit Digistor wants 20% and for me $600 is a big chunk to be tied up for 3 months or more so if they can do it with only 10% Id probably go with them.

The deal on this cam just keeps getting better!

This has been the most ridiculously expensive week of my life. It's a good thing I've now got no money left, at least that will stop me from spending. :shocked:

I started to pre-order with these folks but then I remembered that since I am in Texas, I'd have to pay the State sales tax on the purchase. I'm going to go with someone out of State.

I'm not sure yet, the full amount is presently 'pending' on my card. I'm going to give them a call tomorrow and ask how much they're actually going to hold for the deposit.
