I've spoken with the people at dslrpros.com on a number of occasions, and they seem to be a knowledgeable and qualified supplier.
I'd recommend any of the kits, but I would suggest purchasing one that uses the Futaba transmitter over the stock DJI transmitter. Better range, and quality.
The S800/1000 series may be too much if you are just getting your feet wet.

I'm based in the UK but from what I've heard with US users is that dslrpros.com can be trusted and are switched on.
The only issue I'd have with those kits is I suspect you could find similar parts and build your own custom set-up cheaper, also in doing the work yourself you learn a lot.
Like David says start with something simple, i.e. don't practice on an S800/S1000.
On the subject of the S1000, it's already had in a fault report with photo evidence of the arm clips snapping which DJI doesn't seem to be very helpful with. I think DJI will find the video photography crowd more demanding of customer service than RC hobbyists.

I just purchased a Sundance Cinema Edition P2 Aerial Kit (NEW with Zenmuse H3-3D Gimbal) from DSLR PROS in Culver city over the phone.
Almost 25% more $$ with extras beyond kit and tax. It is back ordered so I sit and wait. If I can I will try to document my experience as a total newb to flying. Unfortunately I don't have tons of free time so many others may be ahead of me. At least I hope so that I can learn from their mistakes!
