Powering F35 with BP-FL75 / F35 EF mount

Could you, please, advise whether I could power my F35 (just bought, not yet delivered) with Sony BP-FL75 battery installed directly on SONY BKP-L551 V mount battery adapter?
Have you any experience with these batteries? For how long this type of battery can power F35?

Hi Krysztof,

I am not familiar with the batteries but as long as the adapter plate gives you an XLR out, you should be able to use it to power the F35.

The duration of the batteries will have to be calculated by what you're running off it and what your batteries capacity is. For example, the F35 plus a simple viewfinder draws about 65w - so a 90wh battery would last around 1h20.

Periferic do you really want to risk that? AB batteries have fuses and circuits inside to protect both your battery and your camera. At least get an off brand production level battery, you will be happy you did. If you want to save, get smaller batteries for the F35 and use those sh#@ bricks for your EVF and Hyperdeck to save on power to the main brick.

On the high end, I never though much of these until I saw one charge, minutes not hours. http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/898435-REG/Sony_BP_FL75_Battery_Pack.html
