My iMac that I edit on is in the shop but when I get it back I will post a pic of it too.

No it's actually a wireless video transmitter. There is a battery pack taped to the transmitter to power it though. It's a really old model though, only 1 channel or audio and composite video... It has like 500' of sight.

I did make a thread for it a few months ago, but it never took off. There aren't really plans for it or anything, but basically it's a flexible screwdriver (I got one for $20) with a pill bottle lid with a rubberband on it for grip at one end, and a xylophone mallet for a handle control at the other. I'm sure you could substitute whatever you have laying around the house.

Dude, you are seriously creative.
Maybe you should be in a different line of work!

Thanks DPStewart!

JFE, the remote focus control I use when I'm shooting hour-long TV shows and such. Working the focus ring without the extension for long periods of time makes my arm cramp up, lol

This is an early prototype.

It also doubles as a quick and dirty stedi-cam

Yes it is. The mic is the same I had before: an Audio Technica AT897 and the light is a Sima LED Light (The best use of $40 ever!)

Originally I was going to get a LitePanels 1x1 and a Rode NT3 but I decided to instead get the shoulder rig.

Its an older version of the titan video transmitter. It is now discontinued and since ABC gave it to me, it has been used and has wear and tear and most of the model number is scratched out but I will try to find out exactly which one. It has a single RCA input for audio and a composite video in then it has a separate battery pack. It gives a very clean signal and has about 500' of sight.
