Possible to stream video from GH1?

[Jonathan12uiz]

Is it possible to stream video straight from the GH1 via USB? I could do this with my old HV30 via firewire, but I would love to figure a way to do this with my new GH1.

Basically I'm wondering if there is a way to select the GH1 for video and audio for web streaming.

example would be using it for SKYPE

Well, you can get the preview video from the GH1, but only from the yellow chinch cable. Nor via HDMI and not via USB.
If it does not work straight away with your camera, press the delete button for several seconds. Than it should work.

I am not sure for the sound, but should be there. Just test it for yourself.

so then i would have to but a composite video to usb to get it to work... hmm interesting. But i wonder if I do it that way if the web streaming programs will let me choose the composite video usb thing for the main camera and sound... i could probably buy an old DAZZLE composite video USB controller.
