If you shoot, for example 108024P DVCpro100, edit, CC, all in DVCpro or cineform, avi.... Etc. then create your Master. Is it possible to make a HDV 2:3 pull down 60i stream, then out put it to a cheap sony HDV camera as "60i"????? As a on tape Extra backup? can you put out to 60i and still have the sony handycamera hold the footage?

You will be losing color depth and recompressing going out to HDV so it wont be a real archive, merely and HDV dub. Archive as data on a hard drive or back it up to dvd as avi files (data) as an archive.
