Hey there,

This is my portfolio reel for directing and editing. The beginning sequence is more of a catch your attention sort of thing, hitting for 'trailer' look. After that, there is a short sequence of one my movies called "Phantasmagoria".

Hope you like it,

Looks good but the opening montage sequence is way too long. You could cut a lot of fat there. I found my mouse wandering towards the fast forward button aroun 1:11. I think you should cut that down to a minute.

But some good stuff, definately.

All shot with the HVX200 except for one short film: "A Cautionary Tale" (16mm black and white film cam), and the videos where you see the front of a speeding car. There was no 35mm adapter.. hope that helped...

I will be more than happy to respond to more questions :)

Reeally nice stuff! Awe! -;)

I would drop the last sequence for a reel, though.
Saw the comp'ing with the little guy in the first part, doesn't give me much more info.

I envy your light guy. Is that you?

What NLE is it posted and CC'ed in. I know you basically can do this in any if you know your tools, just curious.

Cheers!

Why is the video 4x3 with the huge black bars?

Other than that, it was really good.
