Porta-Brace large Quickdraw case

This is the model 505-PW. It weighs about 10.5 lbs, with interior dimensions of 27" long, 7" wide and 13" high.

This case will accommodate just about any full-size HD rig, as well as older, full-size shoulder-mount cameras (Betacams, etc.). It has been very popular with news shooters since it allows a fully-assembled camera -- battery, lens with shade, wireless, etc.,-- to be quickly pulled out, ready to roll. Of course it can be used with smaller cams, if you added extra foam, and/or fill the space with other accessories.

The case is made of 1000-denier Cordura fabric. Strong aluminum is used for the viewfinder protector. There are two trim exterior pockets and a clipboard pocket. The dual purpose rear pouch is an expandable battery chamber or all-purpose pocket. The lid closes with velcro for quick opening, or secures with full-length zippers.

I got this some years back, but it saw very little use (kept my rig in a Pelican case most of the time). It's in excellent condition, with virtually no fabric wear; straps and connectors are solid.

This case lists for $399, and sells for about $360 at discount. I'm asking $220. Will take PayPal or a fully-cleared check. Because of its size, I prefer cash & carry from my UWS Manhattan location, but if needed, I will find a box and ship it for additional charges.

(ps... other items posted a couple of days ago -- lav mic kit, Bauer battery belt, and asphere shade -- are still available.)
