Please vote, which OS is running on your computer primary used for video editing!!!

I use 64-bit Windows 7 RC, it's fantastic.

Ditto that. Best OS MS haven't released yet to date. I hope the final is as good!

Vista 32 at the moment, not happy with it.

64bit vista is solid for me. i had the windows 7 RC for a while, and that was also pretty good!!!

I use a bunch just keep them on separate partitions so that my editing os runs faster

1 xp32 for older progs and web surfing and msoffice junx
1 vista 64 with only video editing progs
1 vista 64 gaming OS
1 windows 7 64 for testing
1 empty partition for future

Thx for your voting and comments guys,

is there NO inconvenient things connecting cameras, operating NLEs, and using peripherals on your "64-bit system"?

I think software drivers from the vendors, applications, and tools would not be enough and bit limited compare with the "32-bit system" !?

The reason why I made the POLL was "to know how 64-bit system is practical".
I want to buy a new PC for editing, 64-bit ??

I haven't had a single issue with drivers in 64-bit. But then again, I haven't connected a whole lot to this machine. I get the feeling that legacy hardware (older than 3 or 4 years), especially if it's from an uncommon manufacturer, is the most likely to fail. Anything newer than that is probably pretty safe.
