Polar Bears & Climate Change - HD

Nice images.

In the future, I would definitely without a doubt invest in a beachtek and a good mic. As soon as I heard the audio, it just turned me off to the piece. It was still good, but audio is KEY in having a good narrative piece.

One other thing I would do is actually show the person you are interviewing. The words they say will be much much stronger that way. If you don't have access to a nice light kit, bring them to a nice outdoor location. That way, the piece stays interesting and you have the option to cut away from the polar bears every now and then.

nice work though

I forgot my beacktek that trip... kind of crucial to forget but its all good I guess.

The other thing was that the interviews weren't even shot for this video they were shot for a webcast on Nat Geo's site so the footage of the people as terrible and would have taken away from it, or else I would have showed them
