It sucks to have the original thread of sharing color profiles unpinned, but i'll put my PPs here and hopefully it gets updated in the main thread.
================
Note:
I had a hard time figuring out the color depth on these profiles. They were 'tuned' to fit tanned skintones, to seperate the orange-ish tones apart form the red pink-ish tones. Hopefully it works great on all skintones. And i tried to avoid pastel looking detail. Apart from the very similar gamma and knee settings to other great PPs, the color depth makes the difference in these profiles.
So here are the two PPs for you guys to try out, bake it to your own liking and goodluck!
Point8cam PP01 (For those who prefer Cinematone1)
BLACK LEVEL 0 (Observe at the histogram, adjust if you bother, you know the drill)
GAMMA Cinematone2
BLACK GAMMA High, +7
KNEE Manual, 82.5%, +1
COLOR MODE Cinematone1, 8
COLOR LEVEL -6
COLOR PHASE -3
COLOR DEPTH -1, -4, +2, +1, -1, 0
WB SHIFT LB-CC, -2,-2, 0, 0
DETAIL -2, MANUAL ON, LIMIT 7
Point8cam PP02 (For those who prefer Cinematone2)
BLACK LEVEL 0 (Observe at the histogram, adjust if you bother, you know the drill)
GAMMA Cinematone2
BLACK GAMMA High, +7
KNEE Manual, 82.5%, +3
COLOR MODE Pro, 8
COLOR LEVEL -5
COLOR PHASE -3
COLOR DEPTH -1, -4, +2, +1, -1, 0
WB SHIFT LB-CC, -2,-2, 0, 0
DETAIL -2, MANUAL ON, LIMIT 7
Here's a sample video of PP02 in the mix:
Note on video: I make videos for a living, but my Whatever There Was episodes are my 'test' videos themselves as i get to at least play and experiment with visuals and content rather than just having generic test videos. Skin detail look a little mush as the Cosmo plug-in were in the mix, except for the part when i was sweating. Enjoy!
