Pls Help: 16gb card, Only 17 min Record time

[Kapow]

After formatting my 16gb P2 card, my HPX is showing I only have 17 minutes of recording time. I'm in 720p mode.

I've only recorded with this card-- haven't even off-loaded any footage since December purchase from Samy's.

I used to have at least 30 mins of recording time in this mode. Any tips as to why my recording time has diminished??

are you sure you're in PN mode in 720p?

And that you have it set at 24fps?

I've had this happen before, come to realize I forgot to take the frame rate off 60fps. That could be the case.

You're probably in 720p60p mode. 1GB per minute.

Thanks all-- as suggested, I was accidentally in 720p60p. Thanks!
