Hey.. I wasnt gonna share this with you guys cuz I'm already so much better and don't wanna get ripped to shreds.. BUT... I would really appreciate it if you would check out my companys FIRST music video on YouTube and rate it and leave a comment if possible...

It didnt start off as my project, I was just supposed to do the behind the scenes video.. and then I ended up being the editor because I work closely with the director on other projects... we have a second video coming out which I think is ten times better.. but I still gotta try and promote this one, you know?

I hope you enjoy it and think it's a good start.. only been editing for less than a year, so... also i have only done live performance videos!!! (can you tell i'm scared to death that you'll hate it??!!? ) ahhh ahha.. but i learned a lot so that's good.

for anyone interested it was shot on a dvx100b with a 35mm adapter..

thanks for the support and expected constructive criticizm...

thanks.. yeah they like it.. they are friends with the director tho so i wouldnt be surprised if they said they liked it even if they didnt ..

the concept , i had nothing to do with.. so.. it's okay if you dont like that... ha ha....

mile.. should i have cropped it? i like the look of the black bars top and bottom.. and before youtube made their player wider, it didnt have bars on the sides...

thanks for checking it out guys.. it was fun and i learned a lot..... now i edit way faster and it gives my company something to show.. actually it was this video that led to our second one.. on that youtube channel you can see the behind the scenes of the Lil Precious video, if you are interested. I was exec producer on that one :)

Thanks Robbie!

It was a white backdrop.. a nightmare to edit that stuff... a white car infront of a white backdrop? no thank you!!! green screen would have been easier!!!

No, I think you needed to export file in larger scale. I didn't try to upload yet on widescreen YouTube, but I guess it's more or less same ratio as Vimeo.

Honestly, I would like to see the other video that is 'ten times better', just so I can compare it to this one. Post it when it's done.
