OK i know this is covered loads on this site....it even has its own section but i have been researching and reading for days on end now.....so please offer me some valued advise.....

the time has come for me to purchase a 35mm adaptor, i am in the uk so the sgpro would be the first option to consider, i have noticed that quite a few people on these forums have had the sg shipped to the states....whats the benefits of the sgpro over say the letus or the brevis?

i am looking for sharp, film like images and would definatley appriciate not having to flip the image in post, i know the brevis is offering a flip upgrade soon but how will that effect the quality and light loss?

is there any sign of a flip option for the sgpro, how well does the letus fit on to existing rail systems and can in house interchangeable mounts?

i would love to hear from some of the 35mm adaptor users to help push me towards one brand of adaptor,

thanks in advance

wayne, the guy from sgpro. posts here a occasionally - send him an IM...
so does dennis - the guy from cinevate/brevis

i like my brevis because its easy to use. but i find the build design and quality kinda blah. the problem i have using my brevis (without rails) is that when i screw on a lens, the torque effects the alignment of the adapter relative to the camera lens/step down ring and im always having to realign stuff after lens changes. and then with all the twisting, the step down ring locks on to the hvx lens and i have to remove it with pliers!!

im pretty sure that if i bought the brevis to rails mount to attach it to my zacuto rig - all would be peachy ; )
