please need help with my fs 100 and avid

this is what i wrote earlier but i didnt get any help

please help me , im going crazy , pardon me if im stupid , dum . or whatever , just help me, but i cant help it, hvx 200 and fs 100 not making it easyer on me ,im still on the process to figure things out before i get to action , i knpw that avid is compatible with hvx , but im trying to open mxf files with avid 5.8 but no luck ,i tried everyway possible ( i guess )nothing i copied theme to avid mediafile/mfx/1 . open media tool it doesent show anything , :badputer: heeeeeeeeeeelp what am i missing , or tell me what to do.
do i need raylight or something else ?

It will more than likely fix your problem :)

In all seriousness, though, what the FS100 does is record the MXF data to one directory on the hard drive. Running the "Organize P2" function creates a P2 folder structure (VIDEO, AUDIO, CLIP, ICON, VOICE, PROXY folders) and then puts the MXF clips in the appropriate folders. This makes the FS100 look like a giant P2 card.

Once you do that, and mount the FS100 like a hard drive, you should be able to import the clips.
 
thanks a lot dude , im safe now , i can see the light at the end of the tunnel , im still learning i just got my hand on hvx and fs 100 , im definitely going to need your help very soon
