Please Laugh at Me... but help.

I was running around the neighborhood picking up Christmas lights shots and I wanted to shoot some in slow shutter speed.

For the life of me I couldn't get it slower than 1/24. I was using 30p as basis of my setup. Turned on the shutter and then pressed the right button... nothing slower than 24.

(laugh at me here.)

What did I miss? Or come to my house and YOU look for my manual.

Thanks

Re: Please Laugh at Me... but help.

There is a command that is shutter speed, under the LDC hood, but there is another menu command that can (and should) be assigned to the user buttons that is SLOW shutter. For some reason, the controls for high shutter is different than for slow shutter. Kinda retarded, but it's how it works. Panasonic engeneers must have a weird way of facing life...

You're welcome. The next time I misspell LCD I'm seeing a neurologist. Maybe a clinic if it reads LSD...

The strange thing is, I read it as LCD.... I didn't even notice the typo until it was pointed out :o
