I am still getting the lines but then I went out and shot this today with my kids
http://my.tbaytel.net/ziggy/testLg_Prog001.mov
as you can see the quality is great no cc in the video.

I will be sending the camera out to Mississauga to the panasonic service center now I would like to know if any dvx users have taken their cameras to this center and will I just get a great big bill from them for stuff that did not need to be done to the camera? Also do they service camera's quick or does it take along time to get your camera back?

Please give your input I think the problem is a loose connection?

this is the video of the lines http://my.tbaytel.net/ziggy/lines.mov
I know this is the wrong section but I am sending the camera out today and I need input.
Thanks please help

I've had them work on my Panasonice DA7 mixer and they were very good. Since i use it in my studio for work, they even set a time for me to come in and then I picked it up about 4 hours later. As far as the DVX is concerned, i spoke with the Tech Mgr in charge last year and he was very helpful. I would maybe recommend phoning them and talking to whoever is incharge of DVX repairs directly before you just ship it out.
Good luck.
