im trying to get the ramp slow mo its kinda like a distortion of time and speed youtube it i cant use video so i ned a walk through of it please

Enable time remapping on your layer. That will set keyframes at the beginning and end of your layer. To manipulate time, you just have to move those keyframes and add more in between if necessary.

Just play around with adding and moving keyframes for a few minutes and you should figure out how everything works.
