GH5 Please help with Sigman 18-35 with GH5 and Speedbooster.

Hi,
I recently purchased the Sigma 18-25 for my GH5 along with the Metabones Speed Booster Ultra .71x (Canon version).

The lens is awesome, but it is extremely soft at the widest setting, especially around the edges.
Is there an adjustment I can make to either the lens, adaptor, or camera to improve this?

Likewise, the lens is not parafocal. Is there a way adjustments may be able include parafocal ability?


I have always used native M4/3 lenses, so I am new to the adaptor world :)

Does closing down the aperture a couple of stops, help to improve the image ?
( you might find that you have to use certain apertures to get a good image when shooting at the wider settings )
