Please help with log and transfer

Hey guys, Im trying to make a log and transfer but I cant seem to be able to make the path for my final cut to pick up the footage. Anyone know how to set it up? I used to be able just by conecting the Memory card reader, as soon as I clicked log and transfer, the footage came up, but suddenly not anymore.

Please help.

copy all 3 folders from the flash card into 1 folder in you computer. then open that 1 folder in log and transfer.

Thanks... thats my main question I guess, how do I open that folder in log and transfer?
