Please Help with a Nikkor Lens issue

I put my Nikkor 35MM Manual Lens on my AF100 using a NovoFlex adapter. The aperture settings on the lens spins but doesn't change the light. Today, I had to just use my ND Filters. When I take the lens off and look through it I see the aperture blades changing like they are supposed to. Any help would be appreciated. I'm on a job in Kentucky and need to use the lens tomorrow. Thanks!
 
My guess is the adapter is holding the aperture lever open.

You need to check how the lens should be fitted to that particular adapter.
 
Shooter, you just saved my shoot tomorrow! I picked up the camera and started searching around the lens and couldn't find anything. Then I turned the Blue Ring on the Converter and it now works. Thanks so much!
