Ok, Let me give you guys the whole rundown...A few months ago I was talking to a friend of mine who is a Columbia Pictures exec, (don't want to drop names, everyone hates that) about a script that I had been working on. He loved it and said "Jeff, shoot a scene and a tailor and If I like it I'll...we'll do it." So for the last few months I have been scrapping everything I have together to shoot this. I am very critical of my work and I will admit that I'm really proud of what we all have done so far.(Thanks Blain and Brian). The problem is I have been plagued with every problem known to man, including shutting down production so I could have spinal reconstruction(well, I guess that's film making). I really think we have a shot at this and I told my crew that if this gets picked up I wanna keep everyone on board the project who volunteers. My problem is sound for our next shoot date (8/27/06). Plus the people that were donating the dolly backed out as well. I have one shoot left and we are so close. Can anyone please help? Everything thus far has been such a blast. Almost Human Effects(Buffy and Angel) have done some great effects for us as well!
Things I'm missing.
1. Simple dolly to travel no more than 10'
2. Shotgun Mic and Boom
3. B Cam (DVX100A) would be awsome, but not a must.
Let me know If anyone can help. Our shoot is (8/27/06)daytime only in Palos Verdes CA. The shoot will be catered and last about six hours.
Thanks so much guys and I can't wait to rock this out.
Thanks again guys,
Jeff
