Thank you for checking this post!

I have to shoot my film tomorrow, and I am having a proble evertime I go to capture my film onto FCP.

I go into FCP, and use the capture now funtion, but instead of capturing ALLthe footage as it normally does. It stops it at everytime code break (ever time I presed on and off the REC button)

Is there a way to turn this setting off, so FCP will capture all my footage without stopping?

P.S. in the scene setting- progressive mode- off (does that mean you are now shooting 60i?) and if not how do you set the camera to 60i?

If anybody could answer these questions before tomorow I would be extremely grateful...thank you in advance!!!

No. Time code breaks make capture now a huge pain. If you were to use the batch capture option you can set the in and out points for different clips and avoid the timecode breaks.

Are you reviewing footage inbetween takes? It seems odd for that many timecode breaks to be occuring everytime you stop recording unless you're reviewing your footage. If you're not reviewing footage try laying down a time code on your tape stock tonight. That might help too.

If you turn off progressive then you are shooting interlaced.
