Please help me with my menu screen.

My HVX-200 will not go into the menu or switch to playback mode. I read the tap that said it could be a PC card short in the camera, but i was wondering if anybody else has run into the problem and has been able to troubleshoot it. Thanks.
 
Never heard of this happening. A relaxing spa vacation to your nearest Panasonic service center sounds like just the thing for your HVX.
