Hi, every single footage I shot at 30fps is really badly interlaced can I do something to repaired

I suggest you to try JES deinterlacer.

What did you shoot with? Is that the raw file and what did you playback with? Some programs aren't designed to playback intermediate codecs and therefore display fields out of sync, where if you played it in a program that understands the codec, it will display it fine.
EDIT: Realized this was in the GH2 section, question still applies about what formats you used.

Hi, I shooted 1080i - Manual Movie Mode. At least half of all the footage I shoot that day
what in is a good workflow to tranform and edit it in FCP. thanks

On a PC, avisynth can be used to reconstruct progressive frames from the AB BC CD DE sequence, but on FCP I have no idea sorry. Deinterlacing may be your best option, although you will lose some resolution.

Shoot 720p @ 60 FPS and your issues will go away. You won't loose any "True" resolution either.
This is shot mostly in 720p @ 60 FPS and then resized to 1080p @ 24 FPS.
