Please help...green & red lines in dvx100a LCD

I was shooting some footage last night and paused the tape to change angles, when I tried to start shooting again my LCD was black with green & red lines. If you move the camera you can see the light change, but the picture is not coming through. Just wondering if anyone has experienced this and if anyone has any insight as to what the problem might be??

Any help would be much appreciated.

Well, have you been a bad boy with your DVX lately? Check if something is physically broken on the cam. I'm sure Barry can answer this correctly...
