Please Critique Fireworks Shoot

Here is some footage that I shot on the 4th of July. I used a Panasonic GS120.

Great exposures but it would have been more interesting if you had something in the foreground to break it up like that bridge at the very beginning. Good stuff though. Great song too. Can't go wrong with Ray.

It does look nice but Sirius has some nice suggestions; a foreground element wou;d balance to the frame and bring greater depth to the shots.

I also think it would be nice to add an FX Track of the sound of the fireworks going off (Or tunr up the ambient existing track). That would be nice.

Also possibly consider overstaurating it to bring out some nice colors.

Crush the blacks a tiny bit, so you don't get artifacts from the off black surrounding the fireworks.

Bring down the whites a tad to get more color exposed.

I like it but the suggestions here would enhance it nicely!

Don't know if you have any audience reaction or shots with people in. I think that would help. It looks very good, but I just thought the single shot drags a little.

I agree with mmm. Cut in some shots of the audience if you have any. It doesn't even have to be the same night, we'll never know. I mean, now we do, but we wouldn't have. Just go out some time at night and shoot crowd looking up (or you) and edit it into your piece to break it up some.

It was honestly getting boring. Some suggested cutting to maybe an audience or a family. Maybe a few close ups as well. Other than that it was okay. Keep shooting!
