Also I noticed when you were panning or dollying I can't tell, It wasn't so smooth then again it could just be the video down-load rate.

Also not to be picky but the shot of the hot-sauce needs to have been leveled more.

I agree that the focus was a little soft, but the back focus seemed fine on the focus chart. She may have moved without me knowing and looking on the 7" screen didn't help, lol.

The dolly move was done using the Bogen dolly and not a lot of space. It was shot in a hotel room and I had very little room to maneuver. On top of that, the floor had designs in it which made bumps in the dolly moves. I had to go to Walmart to buy interlocking weight lifting mats to flip upside down and that provided my dolly surface. It was a last minute fix that I think worked well enough.

To be completely honest, I think the barbecue sauce may have been missed by many viewers ;-)
