Playback Synch for Pop-Promo, question

Hi,

This is a question about Pop-Promo production on the HVX-200. I traditionally synch using a Digislate and DAT deck for our S16 shoots.

What would be the best way to get timecode synch with the track when using the HVX-200?

Can I use Lanc or something like that?

i found a really easy way is just to render off the music with a burnt in timecode to a ipod size quicktime and wack the ipod infront of the hvx at the start of the track and use that for sync
