I've been searching the forums for answers to my problem and the daunting task as left me with nothing. Will someone please help me out, I would much appreciate the problem.
I got a DVX-100B in June, shot about 10 hours of footage over the summer and sent it in for repair when the camera fell (I know, ouch, don't rub it in )off my desk and the focus ring broke.
After I got the camera back I shot a new project where about half of my footage came back with horizontal blue bars across it. I used head cleaner and that seemed to work until recently while doing reshoots on the project with the horizontal bars. Now, those tapes show me nothing, as though I had filmed nothing. And this is the same when I try to play it back in other tapes. I have been filming in the cold too.
What is going on, please help.
