Pixelated footage after rendering in fcp 7.0.3

I am working on my reel and am finding that after importing my footage into my timeline and rendering it my footage it becomes pixelated.
Before rendering my footage actually looks fine but as soon as I do a full render, or any rendering for that matter it becomes pixelated.
What is the solution to what I'm sure is a common problem?
I looked threw about 30 threads in this forum and did not see an answer for my problem, not to say it's not here.
I just need an answer and hope some can lead me in the right direction.

1. Codec and Frame Size: apple pro res to dvcprohd. 1280x720
2. Frame Rate: I am cutting together a variety of footage set between 24 and 60fps
3. Seq. Preset: Apple ProRes 422 1280x720 24p 48kHz
 
Hmm- what's "apple prores to DVCPROHD?" Do you mean you have some footage that's ProRes and some DVCPROHD? What cameras did it come from. And what format are you exporting to?
